- Management from client briefing through to delivery all processes, procedures and operational requirements associated with production or event
- Act as a point of contact for clients and all operational enquiries
- Ensure the swift receipt and review of risk assessments, method statements and other supporting Health & Safety documents
- Produce detailed pre and post budgets and cost monitoring
- To attend management, department and event specific meetings with colleagues, clients and contractors
- Work with the Senior Management, clients and operations with the creation and implementation of creative and innovative event strategies
I have:
- Minimum 27 years experience
- Experience of managing productions
- Experience of working directly with key clients and stakeholders
- Contacts with the most talented and respected production persons in the industry
- Experience of producing pitch decks, feasibility reports, design tenders, designing budgets and schedules
- Experience of compiling risk assessments, working with all Heads of Departments
